"Receiving Apple emails addressed to another Apple ID: I keep getting apple emails that say some one else’s name @ iCloud.com to my email address. But the cloud is lower case in their email address. Says my Apple Pay is updated and if it’s not me , change my password. It’s verified to be from Apple. The 1st email was a contact of mine and then I got 2 more Emails with different addresses. But sent to my email I have with my apple acct ID, What’s going on ?"

Don't be fooled. It sounds be a phishing scam. Apple's not going to hold you at ransom, and tell you to change your password or else. You can report scam emails and messages to Apple and to others. Secure your Accounts:
A. Verify your Devices:
Verify that all device are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
B. Modify your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.
C. Contact Apple Support:
Being that you think your account has been hacked, perform the above, and contact Apple Support, ASAP. They'll run you through the fix.
