Receiving Apple emails addressed to another Apple ID

I keep getting apple emails that say some one else’s name @ iCloud.com to my email address. But the cloud is lower case in their email address. Says my Apple Pay is updated and if it’s not me , change my password. It’s verified to be from Apple. The 1st email was a contact of mine and then I got 2 more Emails with different addresses. But sent to my email I have with my apple acct ID, What’s going on ?
