Shared iCloud Photos Library Dropdown Missing on iCloud.com (PC)

My wife and I both use icloud.com on our PCs to access our photos. We have a Shared Library, and on my PC I can switch between Personal Library, Shared Library, or Both using a dropdown in the top-left corner.

On her PC, that dropdown does not appear at all. She has tried logging out and back into iCloud, rebooting the computer, trying both Chrome and Edge, and deleting cookies. Nothing helped.

She can access the Shared Library without any issues from her iPhone.

Any ideas what else we could try?

So I just tried logging in as myself on her PC and I do see the dropdown. That’s weird. This confirms it’s not her PC at all — it’s something specific to her iCloud account. As I mentioned, she has no issues accessing the Shared Library on her iPhone. One difference that comes to mind is that I’m the owner (organizer) of the Shared Library, and she isn’t.
