Transferring iPod touch music to iPhone 14 mini without iTunes

Hey, I've searched a bit but haven't found quite what I'm looking for.

I have an iPod touch, 7th generation. I stopped getting software updates after 15.8.5. They just don't support these anymore. I have a ton of music on it, some purchased through iTunes, other ripped from cds.

I have an iPhone 14 mini. Plenty of storage. I've finally decided it's worth getting rid of redundancy, and just using the iPhone for everything, including music. I downloaded the music app, but only my most recent purchases show up. I have a ton of music I purchased through iTunes, way back when I had a macbook. But only the music I've purchased directly through the iPod touch, without iTunes, is showing up on my iPhone.

I have an iCloud subscription. I do not have a macbook. Just an iPad. No iTunes. How do I get my music library from the iPod touch to my iPhone?

Well never mind...I just needed to spend more time in the music app. Looks like I'll need to re-create all my playlists, but I've now found all my purchased music. None of the music I uploaded from CDs is there, but I guess I can live with that.

However if anyone knows of a way to get the music not purchased through iTunes into my music app, I'd appreciate it.

The manual synchronization system was designed to copy music one way: from a master library on a computer (Mac or Windows PC) to a mobile device (iPod, iPhone, iPad). Not the other way (although, at one time, iTunes might have transferred music the other way if it was music purchased from the iTunes Store).

The idea was that you would safeguard your music library on your computer, and use to load new mobile devices, as necessary.

You might need an external CD Reader but if u dont have a macbook thats a problem. I think maybe it could connect to iPhone but thats all I can think of.
