How do I move iPhone banners and alerts to the bottom of the screen?

Hello, I know this has been asked before, years ago, but has Apple included a banner location fix in any updates that I did not see? It’s very inconvenient having the banners and alerts pop up at the top of the screen when you are in the middle of something. Inevitably, it pops up the very moment you are tapping on something else at the top of the screen, causing you to go to that new notification. It also blocks the gps from being read until the banner goes away. I’d prefer it go to the bottom of the screen. I know many of my friends and relatives would like this as well.

I have an iPhone 16, iOS 26.2.

That is not a user selectable option on iPhone. If you'd like to request Apple consider offering this option in a future update, use this link --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple

Thank you for your reply, but I don’t see any where to change *where* on the screen the notifications pop up. I would like them to pop up on the bottom of the screen. I see how they list (stacked, etc) or to allow notifications to be temporary or persistent, but not where they first pop up.

Open the Settings app, go to Notifications. Any changes to how notifications can be configured will be found there, including for individual apps (scroll down).

If enough people request something, Apple does tend to listen. But it will take a LOT of requests and honestly, we don't see many people requesting this.
