No Hearing Aids in Mac Accessibility tab

tahoe 26 does not have hearing aids in accessability tab for my MacBook Air nor my desktop.....



iMac 24″, macOS 26.2

what EXACT model iMac?


Note: Made for iPhone hearing devices can be paired only with select Mac computers with the M1 chip and all Mac computers with the M2 chip or later. For a list of compatible hearing devices and more information about Mac system requirements, see the Apple Support article List of Made for iPhone hearing devices.

if you expect to use BOTH your Mac and your iPhone, you may be faced with Un-pair/Re-pair every time you change devices, unless you use something like a TV streamer device on your Mac.
