How Can I Get My Information Back?

Apple has nothing to do with Minecraft. If something happened in an update, it's on Minecraft, not Apple. You need to reach out to the developers of the app and ask them for help with your data.

What app did you lose your data from? Without that piece of critical information, we can only guess.
