Iphone 17 pro max orange discolouration

New orange iphone 17 pro max colour damage and discolouration with 4 months.I have purchased iphone 17 pro max 4 months back. Today I have noticed that my device got discoloured from upper left edge. Though i was using spigen cover from day one and not used any harsh cleaning products. It was quite disheartening to see the issue within 4 months in new device. I am expecting for some resolution but apple support told me that cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty. Kindly look into this as it seems a manufacturer defect. As other people have also reported this issue.
