AirPods Pro 3 picking up air purifier noise in Hearing Aid mode — is Wind Reduction available?

My AirPods Pro (3rd generation) are picking up the sound of an air purifier in the room when I use them in Hearing Aid mode. If I turn off the purifier, the issue goes away, and if I switch to Noise Reduction, the purifier noise is filtered out.

Before I assume this is normal behavior for Hearing Aid mode, I wanted to check:

Is there a Wind Reduction feature available on AirPods Pro 3, and should it help with this kind of constant airflow noise?
