Promotional gift cards Are Not Valid

Hi, your gift is showing redeemed, correct? Is it possible that you already redeemed the card to your Apple Account (Apple ID) and you forgot or already used the card’s value? You can check you balance following the instructions I linked below,

The Gift Card is available to you immediately after purchase of the promotional product. You do not have to finish the installments before the Gift Card is valid and it could have been redeemed immediately after you received the iPad.

What else have you not told us? Some possibilities:

• Was the purchase a new, factory sealed iPad?

• Was the gift card an Apple Gift Card?
• Was the promotion offered by Apple?
