How to set longer wake screen lock delay on iOS 26.2?

Can I set a longer wake screen delay before it locks again? Five seconds is not enough time to read the widgets on the home screen. (iOS 26.2)

iPhone 16, iOS 26

Your iPhone has multiple screens. The Lock Screen and Home Screen. Which screen specifically are you referring to?

Your Home Screen can be adjusted at this path,

iPhone > Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto Lock > durations range from 30 seconds to never

Please review the screenshots.

Do you have any Attention Aware features enabled?

Sorry, there is no setting to keep the lock screen awake before locking again. You can certainly tap a widget if it shows something you'd want to open. You can move a widget to your home screen if you'd prefer the widget not disappear quickly --> How to add and edit widgets on your iPhone - Apple Support

Other wise, you can provide feedback Apple here --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple
