Songs are dowloaded to my iPhone I did not authorize; worse, when downloaded, they play automatically, doesn't matter the time of day. how do I turn this off or at least set it she they do not start playing.

I have never had music spontaneously downloaded and start playing on any of the 3 iPhones I have in my family, so just trying to understand the circumstances. I only reference Shortcuts, because there are some widely available that will play music at a set interval or based on an action. Mostly these are found on Social Media as a prank, but there are legitimate sources of those Shortcuts that can be downloaded to perform that action.
What other issues might be arising if any, and how long has this music and any other issues been happening?
Which app is playing the audio?
Where are the music downloads being stored into?
