iPhone 13 pro max white screen

iphone 13 pro max on white screen won’t charge keeps turning off then back to white sometimes doesn’t even turn on I spilled Kool-Aid on it, I tried volume up and down and power just go on white screen and back it even called 911 I had to explain it but it didn’t do it again is there anyway to fix or is it done for?
