Chromium based browsers do not use Apple’s Webkit frameworks. If they are misbehaving that’s on them, not Apple. It’s not Apple’s responsibility to ensure third party app functionality with every update. Rather it’s the developer’s responsibility to keep their apps compatible with any changes Apple may make in a macOS update.
However there are very few reports of the same issue you are experiencing from other users. That might point to a glitch in your individual installation.
Try restarting your Mac in “Safe Mode” and test. If the issue clears then you’ll need to do more trouble shooting. Safe Mode disables all third party extensions, clears caches, and performs some routine maintenance.
I use both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge at times and have no issues whatsoever with them.

Okay folks, thanks for all the help. I got someone to look at the errors in the Chrome and Brave console and the problem was found with the loading of the webpages.
"The WordPress theme had a page transition set. (lasted less than a second, so no one probably noticed it was even there in the first place.)
The way UiCore’s set up its page transition can introduce a race condition where the page is hidden until JS cleanup runs. under certain timing conditions (redirect entry, consent/ad script behavior etc), that cleanup doesn’t execute, leaving the page permanently hidden.
The fix (assuming this indeed solves it for everyone) was to turn off the page transition animation."
Problem resolved.

Sounds like a browser issue, possible a cross platform issue— not a Mac/Apple issue.
Verify your third party browser is up to date...
For your third party app—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…
Try a different browser that uses a different rendering engine and compare your results...
a few examples:
Safari—Webkit as its core rendering engine
FireFox—Gecko rendering engine
Chrome—Blink rendering engine
After removing Malwarebyte and Rapport did you use Safe Mode..?
If not, then do that next. see > Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
You may have some stale RV cookies in those web browsers.
for Safari > click Safari > select Clear History.. > All History > Clear History.
then do the same for the Brave, Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers that do not work.
Also what do you have TechTool Pro monitoring and/or doing..?
Back in the old OS X days, we only used Techtool to manually run Maintenance Scripts.
The https://rvlife.com/ and the https://rvlife.com/advertising/ web pages
both display correctly for me using Safari 26.2 and Firefox 147.0.1
I can test more web sites with those two browser's if you like.
I'm not using any third-party AV-ware, Blockers, Add-on's or VPN's on my Mac's.
Are you...?
Something is wrong on your end.
EtreCheckPro is an excellent tool for finding and sorting out various problems.
Download and run the free version of EtreCheckPro, from > https://etrecheck.com/en/index.html
Then post back here with your Report, as per > How to use the Add Text Feature When Post… - Apple Community
I did not ask for an EtreCheck Pro report while in Safe Mode.
I said to use Safe Mode followed by a normal Restart after removing third-party junk-ware.
Plus now I see that you have downloaded MacKeeper which is some of the worst Junk-Ware on the planet.
Again I have not installed any of that Junk-Ware on any of my Mac's and have no problems opening and navigating those or any other web-sites using Safari or FireFox.
Last night, I unistalled Brave, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and reinstalled new copies from their websites.
BTW Safari in Reader Mode renders rvlife.com correctly, but not rvlife.com/advertising
I ran EtreCheckPro a few times, getting some things uninstalled correctly to get a good report. Found several things to uninstall. Trial of Malwarebytes, Rapport Trusteer, etc.
Still have the problem.
Here is the result
Wait. After all this you are now saying that a single website is the ONLY one you are having an issue with? Everything else is okay? Is that really the case? And you’re adding Safari to the mix now too?
What’s the common denominator here… the website itself, right? All the browsers you list fail to render this single website correctly and you have deduced there is something wrong with all those browsers and/or macOS itself and not the website?
Please explain.
That would indicate a problem with the site, not the browsers.
I have MacBook Pro Nov2024 Apple M4 chip. Tahoe 26.2
I did the start in Safe mode steps:
Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode
I am not getting "Continue in Safe Mode", just Continue.
I have the following browsers installed because I do Help Desk support:
Brave - Chromium based.
Chrome - Chromium based.
Edge - Chromium based.
Firefox - Quantum based, not Gecko any more, per their website
Safari - Webkit
I am not having trouble with any website displaying correctly except:
rvlife.com
rvlife.com/advertising
My default browser is Brave.
None of the browsers above display these 2 websites correctly.
Then I would think that website is poorly coded if none of the browsers listed work. There is no guarantee that that website wasn’t coded by an incompetent developer who chose not to test their work with commonly used browsers.
No, I did not run EtreCheckPro in Safe Mode.
I uninstalled all those browsers and reinstalled them, no change.
TechTool Pro is not running, but the sister app TechTool Monitor runs all the time, monitoring disk health.
Booted into Safe Mode, I will run EtreCheckPro, again. see attached.
Sorry, I misunderstood.
"Plus now I see that you have downloaded MacKeeper which is some of the worst Junk-Ware on the planet. "
I agree, which is why I deleted MacKeeper after one use.
What is a really good uninstaller for MacOS?
I don't usually install junk-ware, it was on the Apple App Store, but I guess that doesn't mean anything.
