Left AirPod Pro 2 not working and won't charge
Hello. My left AirPod Pro 2 quit working. It won’t charge and no status shows up for it on my iPad or iPhone. Is there anything I can do other than cleaning the contacts which I have tried with no luck?

If you have cleaned the charging contacts of both the AirPod and the corresponding contacts within the charging case - and the AirPod doesn't charge - then the internal battery may have failed. A visit to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) is recommended - where your AirPods can be tested by an Apple technician:
