Can't separate scrolling text from audio in iMovie on iMac
We are using iMovie just downloaded yesterday. On iMac, can’t separate scrolling text ftom audio. Project is a song parody about 2 minutes long. .

Place the clip in the timeline. Then select it in the timeline (when selected the clip should have a yellow outline). Then right-click the clip (in the timeline) and select Detach Audio.
