Updated to Logic Pro 12. What happened to the audio track presets for strings, brass, woodwinds, etc? These were nice templates for audio tracks. Is there a way to get them back?

Do you still have the Logic Pro 11 app on your machine? If so, you right click it and select "Show Package Contents". Go into Resources -> Patches and copy everything into ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Patches. It will all show up under "User Patches" in your library:

Here goes:
1) Locate your backup of Logic Pro 11 application
2) Control Click on it and choose "Show Package Contents"
3) Navigate to Contents> Resources >Patches
Copy the relevant Patches somewhere handy
Then move the copied items folder by folder into your User library:
Macintosh HD > Users> "You"> Music >Audio Music Apps > Patches

These were embedded within the Logic 11 application package. Seems like they are not there in Logic 12.
May be able to copy them from the 11 package and add them to user patches (rather than messing with the L12 application itself)
