Iphone 17 ProMax AppleCare replacement device turnaround time

I filed a claim for a replacement phone under apple care, last night. It stated 1-2 days to receive replacement; however, the replacement has not yet even shipped. I first was advised to go to a local store for a repair, so I scheduled the appointment & showed up for them to tell me that they do not have the parts for the repair & would 5-10 business days & advised me it would be more time effective to get an express replacement phone. How long does the request typically sit in pending for? My screen is just barely functional, & i keep getting glass stuck in my thumbs. I am a single, working full time mother & need to have phone access especially during the day while I am at work & my kids are at daycare.
