Screen Time not tracking app activity accurately on iOS

Hello, I have a problem with screen time: they’re not showing app activity but they do show website activity, and in the screenshot you will see the support app but I didn’t open it at all today it probably shows it because I use the website and when it asks for my account it scans my face but yeah:

if you know why this is happening or this happened to you please reply, also I’m on iOS 26.2.1 but it happened since iOS 26.2 but not since I updated, sometime in between I think.

and it used to work but now not.

it’s super annoying also I thought I already uploaded something of this so I checked and apparently not
