I bought a used iMac 27" (18.3) with win11 installed. I would like to erase everything and install macOS. The computer has a wireless win keyboard. I wanted to reset the computer to factory settings but I can't do it by pressing win+alt+R. I also tried with a wired keyboard but nothing. Does anyone know what I can do? I have no experience with Apple devices.

This is the dark side of purchasing Apple products from sources other than Apple refurbished, or macsales dot com. The fact that this iMac had Windows 11 installed on it should have been a clue to run away from that purchase. Someone wanted to get rid of this iMac because they could no longer reinstall macOS on it.
Apple's Disk Utility does not recognize the Windows NTFS filesystem that is now on that mid-2017 iMac. If the miscreant that installed Windows 11 on it natively, also formatted the entire internal drive as NTFS, then you won't be able to boot that Mac into Recovery, nor reformat the drive as APFS to allow the USB-stick installation of macOS Ventura (13.7.8) — the last version of macOS that can be installed on it, and now unsupported by Apple.

Buying a used Mac is a task for very experienced Mac users. So is selling one for that matter. They must absolutely, positively be correctly prepared for sale. What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac describes the steps. They are not optional.
Normally, you are supposed to use Boot Camp Assistant to get rid of a Windows partition. But since you have an unsupported copy. of Windows 11 installed, I don't know how that affects things.
