I just want to factory reset my iMac. I hardly use it and when I have recently. It refuses my password. Also all of a sudden it doesn't allow me to use the keyboard. Instead on the home screen the computer keyboard pops up & so I have to use it.i tried the different options to fix it but didn't work. So I give up. I don't want to do something that will make it worse
