Apple order undeliverable by UPS: incorrect name

Subject: UPS cannot deliver order due to allegedly incorrect recipient name

Hello Community,

My order is currently not being delivered by UPS.

The tracking status reads:

“The company or receiver name is incorrect.”

However, the recipient name is correct and I have already received orders at this address several times without any problems.

UPS has informed me that they are not allowed to make any changes to Apple shipments themselves.

Do you have any advise that you can give me?
