Viewing All the Messages of iCloud:
Use Messages App on your Mac:
One Method: Turn on Messages in iCloud Settings on both your iPhone and your Mac that are both associated to your Apple Account. Then, view them in the Messages app on your Mac. In doing so, can easily export them to PDF for record keeping. Point being: Using the Messages app of the macOS allows you to view it all, and is much more user-friendly in doing so.
