Refund for App due to denied service

Refund. I have seen a couple of similar questions, but my situation is slightly different. I purchase a SurfShark subscription via iTunes, I have used it for 6 months and have been blocked by SurfShark. Subsequent correspondence, they have told me to request a refund from iTunes. I have tried to do this, but the system does not see the transaction (I have the receipt and correspondence from SurfShark)

We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, so no-one here has access to your accounts and details.


It's not clear who has the money you want refunded; seems likely to be SurfShark?.

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product) is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:

It is unlikely iTunes would have your money. They would have passed it on for you, just like a bank would do..

If needed: You can try signing in and ask the iTunes staff for assistance:
