How to activate Finder extensions for Numbers PDF export?

How do I activate certain Finder extensions?

I'm trying to export many Numbers files to a single pdf, as per this Tip. However I don't see where or how to make the Finder extensions an option from within the Finder, as stated in the Tip. Thanks for any help.

That tip is not about the Numbers app. It is how to combined multiple PDF files into one single PDF file in Finder. You need the files to be exported to PDF already to use that tip.

I am not aware of any Finder extension that will open a Numbers document from Finder and export it to PDF, nor one that will do that to multiple Numbers files then combine them into a single PDF. You might be able to create a "shortcut" for doing it using the Shortcuts app. Or maybe you can make one todo just the tedious part of opening multiple Numbers documents and exporting them to PDF, then you can usethe tip to combine them.
