AIG has not shipped iPhone since claim was approved 1 week ago

My insurance claim via AIG was approved one week ago (28 January 2026) but there has been no update on why my iPhone 17 Pro Max has not shipped. My claim is showing as approved but is stuck in processing for shipment. I am without a phone so I cannot call them but I have sent three messages through their contact form and have heard nothing. I am growing desperate as I cannot access any of my banking apps without 2FA or OTP.

FYI......allowing for 3-5 days shipping time, it took almost 3 weeks from the time that we notified AIG for a replacement on my wife's phone. I don't know if this normal, fast or slow.
