Can I add my wife and son's phones as the 2nd and 3rd devices to my AppleCare One plan?

I presume their each have their own Apple Accounts, in which case you cannot.
Can I add my family’s devices to my AppleCare One plan?
AppleCare One plans can cover devices that are on the same Apple Account as the subscriber.
