iPhone 16 will NOT take a charge from Apple Magsafe charger unless it's plugged in. Phone says its charging, and charger is losing power, but the percentage does not go up. I have tried several chargers.

Hold on! surely A2384 is a lightning powered magsafe battery pack, not designed for iphone 16 as far as I know.
I presume you mean it will only charge when the cable is plugged into the phone?
Even though you should not use both, if you do then as far as I knnow the USB cable takes precedence.
So basically, your magsafe is not charging. Make sure the charge brick is the Apple 20w or greater. If that does not charge then the phone is faulty.

Brick should be at least 20Watts.
It needs to be the Apple $40 magsafe puck, not a $10 ebay special.
Apple.com sell Anker and Belkin packs that have wider compatibility than your old one which is iPhone 12 to 14

Not when it’s plugged into the phone, but plugged into to the charger. The MagSafe IS charging, but the battery percentage doesn’t go up. It is the A2384 version. Is it because I need to upgrade the charger?
So yeah, my last iPhone was a 13 so this battery pack charged it fine. I’ve just had this 16 for a month and just now trying the MagSafe pack and it’s not charging. Is there a newer version pack that is USB-C?

Yes I just worked that out!
So Apple does have a newer USB-C version, but only compatible with the iPhone Air. Shocker!
