How to fix incorrect age on Apple Family account?

I tried setting up a family account and some how changed my age and now cannot access anything and cannot leave or change my age. on the web page my age is correct as an adult. What can I do?

Is there a way to change age in Apple ID? When my family and I first created our apple accounts to all have apple music, we created our accounts with a birthday in 2019. Now we are unable to create or sign into accounts using Apple ID. Is there any way to change our ages from a child account to an adult account? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Read this support article about how to update the birth date associated with an Apple Account: Update the birthday associated with an Apple Account - Apple Support

If you are seeing different ages you are either using different accounts or Apple hasn't synchronized that data yet.

I had to go into my screen time and turn off restrictions and privacy in order to be able to use my account fully
