"Apple Account Verification pops up: so i just sold my iphone to someone, and they still contacted me because my email still binding that device. When i sold it, i already reset the iphone. But 'Apple Account Verification' still pops up with my email there, this is ****** me off because the buyer might actually return the phone as i was already use the money for other things. How to turn that off or just delete that pops up altogether?"

Sign Out of ALL of your Devices:

If you perform this correctly with the links provided, then I would recommend you sign out of iCloud on your Devices - Apple Support. You can only do so on an annual basis. One other hand, I would most certain emphasize that you secure your account. See more below.

A. Verify this Device's Apple Account's Association:

Verify that this device is logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support. If this is still shown, then it is associated to your account; without it in your hands, you can sign out of all of your devices --you'll need to log back in to all other devices.

B. Modify your Credentials:

Having received this, someone may have your credentials. So, by all means, consider modifying them...

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

I’m afraid you missed the actual problem. The phone was sold while still activation locked. You suggestions will create lot of work for the owner and won’t solve the problem.
