I just updated to Catalina 10.15.8, and now Safari won't open any websites.

I just updated to Catalina 10.15.8, and now Safari won't open any websites. I'm on a really old iMac 21.8 inch, late 2013. Could someone help me as I can't afford a new computer right now. Thank You.

Use Firefox instead of Safari. Firefox is still supported on Catalina; the current version is 147.0.3.

And while Firefox privacy & security is excellent, I suggest adding the Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin plugins after you install Firefox. Go to Firefox Browser Add-Ons and use the "Find" box to install them.

The version of Safari on Catalina is out of date by at least 3 generations.
