Apple Watch paint peeling from skin contact

I found that the paint on the watch was peeling off at the point of contact with the skin. What do to do? Less than 2 years have passed.

There is nothing to do. The watch only has a one-year warranty. (Unless a user bought the extended warranty.)

It's reported by others with the issue that Apple doesn't regard appearance blemishes an issue.
