Update canceled family sharing- help!

After the most recent update, my son's phone stopped sharing data and I couldn't use any of the parental controls we had set for him. I cannot see his location, operate his screen time, nothing. I removed him from the family thinking I could add him back and it would reset. Now, when I invite him back to the family sharing, he received an error message 1005 when he tries to accept it. He can no longer access shared subscriptions or anything and I still cannot see his location, but on his phone he still has no access to control his own iCloud or anything either.

- When I received the Error 1005 I found it was that the iCloud terms and conditions hadn't been agreed to on the phone trying to accept the invite to family sharing. Once I went to that phone and completed the iCloud term and conditions setup the invite completed without issue.

- I received this error because my husband was already apart of another family sharing account. You will have to delete yourself from the other family sharing account and join the new one. ***You can only switch family accounts once per year!
