Invoice for Mac Pro purchase not received

Hello,




I purchased a Mac Pro at the Sydney Broadway store on December 31, 2025. At the time of purchase, the staff member told me that the invoice would be sent to my email, but I never received it.




Could you please resend the invoice to me?

If you purchased your device from Apple, you can request a receipt from the retail location.

Getting your Invoice:


A. Await the Delivery:

If this is yet-to-be delivered, then you'll obtain the package invoice shipped from within the box. he box it is shipped in.


B. This may be Seen as Junk eMail.

Check your Deleted, Trash, Junk, and Archived, as unknown senders after often sent to it.


C. Searching Through your eMail Account:

Log in into your eMail Provider's Domain, rather then using an eMail app. Syncing may be of issue here. Using the search bar on your eMail account, type these words: Apple invoice
