File in clips

Basically I know clips is discontinued but can you help with this, I have a 1 hour project on clips and it got deleted automatically I used data recovery on iCloud.com it says success but it doesn’t appear and keeps going back to data recovery, I tried this with other files and it works completely fine, and NO this is not a storage issue the file is 4.01 GB and I have 185 GB if you need the file name it’s 83F99E31-3726-4473-8F32-2B01F585E741 on clips and I still have the clips app and all the other projects work fine.
