You aren't speaking with anyone from Apple. This is a user to user only forum. But even if Apple was here, the answer would be NO. iPhone XR will never be able to be updated past the current version of iOS 18. iPhone XR simply doesn't have the hardware required to support iOS 26. If you want iOS 26, then you'll need to buy a new iPhone.
