Family sharing isn't working, when selecting a show or movie it comes up with 3 different error messages.

Shared movies and shows on Apple TV not available in my region or other error messages, but the family member sharing is nearby. The movies and shows are working on their end and they can view them just fine.


Specifically, the person bought the show, "Be Cool Scooby Doo" and the movie, "Chainsaw Man: the Reze Arc" and both should be available in the US according to other sources online. But after checking, it seems like every movie or show purchased on their account doesn't work with similar error messages when accessing family sharing.


I go to shared content first and look at their library to select it. I've tried on the Apple TV app on my TV, as well as the apple tv app on my Iphone. Both came up with the same message that it was unavailable in my region. We also have an Apple TV+ subscription shared with the family that works just fine.


Sometimes its a different error message that the content can't be played because I don't have access to it and other times it just says there was a problem loading the content.


The error message now says, "This video can't be played because you don't have access to it or it's no longer available".


If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know. Thanks.
