Bought an Apple Watch SE 1st gen Cellular in 2022, never tried the cellular feature, finally bought the e-sim, but my apple watch app ask me to update the watch, which i’ve already done
Do you know what could be the problem ? Because I would find that very annoying if I’m unable to use a feature I’ve paid for back in the day, just because they decided not to update it on WatchOS 11

Did you already try to erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device?
