That phone was intended for the Chinese market, but the region and language you have set will determine the wording, and in answer to your original question, you can't change it.

It is simply a different name for the same thing. There is no method or reason to change it.

You probably have a device that was meant to be sold in a region that uses the terminology “WLAN”.

It does not matter what regions might use one term or another.

WLAN = Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi = WLAN

In the same way, your "Cellular" is "Mobile Data" in my country. Apple try to be regional (not always with success)
