Unable to update firmware on AirPods Pro 3

Can someone help me I have tried everything to update the firmware on my AirPods Pro 3 and the firm ware still doesn't seem to update on its own. I also seem to be having connectivity issues. I have factory reset updated my Mac book, iPhone, and iPod as well as leaving it plugged into my Mac book to try and force an update but nothing still. The version that shows up are version 0A0 and case version 8A357.

Someone please help me out.
