Find My AirPod location accuracy after 2 weeks?

I left one of my AirPods at a hotel 2-weeks ago. It still shows up on Find my devices. Is location service still accurate after this length of time or does it show where it last was? I had contacted the hotel but they said it hasn’t been found.

I used Find My airpods and went to the exact location and they were not there. How accurate is the location? it was a block from where I thought I lost them. I lost my AirPods. then went to the location listed and they were not there. This was a few days after I discovered them missing. I used the Find My on Sunday and went to the location on Wed and could not find them. it was on lawn with grass.

How does "Find my" know the last location of my Airpods Pro if they weren't used at that time? Long story short I misplaced my Airpods Pro 1. Gen. Both Airpods in the closed case. When I open the Find My App it tells their last location is my home just four hours prior to my search attempt. It's just that I haven't used them in the last 24h. Any attempts to find them with the app result in just connection attempts. How does the Find my App know their last location, if I haven't just them in the last 20h prior to last location that is displayed in the app? Timeline: Last used: 31th at 8pm Last location: 1st at 5pm Search attempt: 1st 9pm

Thanks for your prompt response. It still shows the hotel location in Find, so maybe still charged. If so would that indicate it is still there?
