I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program 48 hours ago, paid the $99 fee, and I still haven’t received any response. I also emailed Apple, but I haven’t received a reply yet.

To check the status of your enrollment, sign in to your account on the developer website with the Apple Account you used to enroll. If you haven’t received a membership confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, contact us. Make sure to include your Enrollment ID with your support request.
I don't know how Apple operates but keep in mind that it is now a weekend.
