I got a new iPad I transferred all my iCloud from my current phone, I have 10 days till the temporary back up deletes. Would this back up delete completely off my iPhone? If so how do I stop it

I'm guessing that you have 10 days left. Your temporary storage is only used for transferring data to the new device. Once it has transferred, you don't need that temporary storage any more. If the backup deletes, it deletes from iCloud--nothing is deleted from your phone.
You continue to have 5GB of free storage at iCloud after the temporary storage is removed.

I see 21 days referenced and 7 days referenced m but not ten days.
