Recently, I got a new phone and my old phone still has a backup on my new phone. It is taking up my iCloud storage and causing my phone to not have enough space to back up anymore. Can I delete that iCloud backup without it deleting everything else?

If you delete an iCloud backup, it will not remove any data from your iPhone. You can then create a new backup of your current phone.
