Wicked 2 Polish dubbing audio issue: How to report?

Hi, I've recently purchased a movie where one of the dubbing tracks is unusable - the background/supporting voices are clear, but dialogue is impossible to discern (only faint whispers with a loud echo at top volume).

The issue persists regardless of device and music output (PS5 + AppleTV app on TV; tablet with inbuilt speakers; iPhone with Airpods).

Apparently its not Apple's fault, because the movie purchased through a competitor's streaming platform had the same issues.

I was refunded by Apple but would preferably like to see the issue fixed - I still want to watch the movie. What's the best way to report this?

The issue concerns Wicked 2 (Wicked: For Good) and the Polish dubbing track.
