Video recorded without sound

For months I had issues with my video randomly having no sound at all. The speaker icon would be greyed out and crossed while playing back and I even had my phone replaced because senior support couldn't figure it out. Since there is no way to reply to any post from peoples having similar issues, I fount out tonight that it was due to the Team Viewer app being open in the background. This is a major bug that costed me several moment I was trying to record with my family. Not only that, but having team viewer open in the background mess up the sound system when playing on carplay or the iphone speaker. On carplay, the music sound distant, lower quality amd doesn't play on all channel. The issue goes away with minute once I force close the app from the apps switcher. Where or how can I report this to apple, as this is a major bug that mess up the ios sound system and costed apple a phone replacement and I'm sure I most not be the only one who had to contact support for that kind of issues
