iPhone 16 Pro randomly freezing, jumping out of apps, and offering to delete all apps

Ive had my iPhone 16 pro for over a year and it was fine until the last couple of weeks and lately I can’t depend on it to behave, it’s like a little gremlin takes it over for a few minutes but regularly. When I tap on the You Tube app, nothing happens, and same thing happens with a few others but a few WILL open, it randomly gives the option to delete all apps where the minus sign is on all the apps, to get out of that I click the Done button at the top of the screen and the minuses go but immediately pop up on every apps and I can do that 6/7 times before that stops, another thing is I could be typing a message and it jumps out of the messaging app several times, it might only let me type a few letters before it starts doing it, my phone updates very regularly, at the moment it’s iOS 26.2.1, has all this affected anyone else’s iPhone?
