Web & Marketplace App downloads in USA based device

Yes, many times. This is just one of the many many issues I’ve been experiencing. While my settings say one thing, my widgets (that I didn’t create but can’t delete) are the opposite... Example: Translate…there’s languages downloaded that I didn’t download and can’t delete so I went into setting of Translate app & set it English/English. That didn’t change the widgets difference… one widget is English/Chinese, another is English/Spanish. I try to change the widget itself and it allows me but a day later it reverts back to Chinese/English & Spanish/English. It almost seems like my widgets are following a completely different set of “rules”. The strangest part, USA is NOT an option in my time zones (I also searched America just in case) . Theres no standard/eastern/etc… but when I set it to Auto, it does set to “America/Chicago”…. A few months ago, Auto was blank and I had no choice but to leave it like that cause I wasn’t going to set it to another country. (I attached images but my phone isn’t showing that they attached)
