AirPods crackle on MacBook and have listening mode issues
Hello everyone,
I purchased AirPods last week on amazon but I had some issues.
- When connected to my MacBook they where often crackling
- The different listening sound where not all available (c.f. image)
- Sometimes, I couldn't change the listening mode, and/or the listening mode I was experiencing was not the one that was displayed in iOS (or MacOs)
- The case produce a bip from time to time (this seems to be a normal behavior from what I've read, but it's happening quite often so idk if it's normal)
I went at an AppleStore to see if they could fixe those but they've told me that they didn't find anything and that I should get a replacement from amazon. I've done that but the new pair I just received still has the MacBook related issue and I'm concerned that the other problem will also appear on this new pair.
My Mac is running on Tahoe 26.1, my iPhone is a 13 pro running on 26.2.1, my AirPods are up to date and I tried to reinitialize them but it didn't fixe anything.
