Mac Pro (2019) upgrades for Adobe app performance

I own a Mac Pro, 2019, with 3.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W processor and a AMD Radeon Pro 580X Graphics 8GB. with 48GB of Memory. What upgrades are possible so the system runs faster? I am a photographer and find that the latest versions of Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop do not run optimally anymore.

Photoshop on 8gb mac mini I want to update my 11 year old mac mini Is Mac Mini M2 8GB good enough for Photoshop. I use for personal photography ..not really doing video. My very old adobe product software will not work on new mac mini so would need to get just photoshop. Big price difference for 16gb.. I also look on refurbished site too Thanks
