How can I contact Apple customer support for a disabled Apple ID when helpline is not an option?

My apple ID had been disabled and there is no way of resetting it. I cant contact apple support because there are no other options other than helpline and im not going to call apple whatsoever. Where is the email for customer support? My account is frozen over 2 months without any capability to download any apps.

Apple doesn’t really offer a public support email for Apple ID issues, especially for disabled accounts. They push everything through their official support site or phone support. If your Apple ID is disabled, the only legit way to fix it is through iforgot.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support directly.

I get not wanting to call, but you can also try using the Apple Support app on someone else’s device or start a chat session through getsupport.apple.com if that option shows up in your region. For disabled accounts, though, they usually require direct verification, so there isn’t really an email workaround unfortunately.

Apple does not do support by email unless they initiate it.

There are multiple reasons why you may see a disabled account message. This support article --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106 describes the various ones and resolutions. Some do not require any phone calls. You do not tell us what reason you are seeing so it is hard to suggest a specific solution for your case. You also do not tell us in which country you are located. Apple contact methods can vary greatly according to country. In some you can use a chat method either online or using a support app.

For chat, you can try using the Apple Support App —> https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-support/id1130498044

"im not going to call apple whatsoever"

That's going to limit your options a lot and also kind of makes it hard to come up with other suggestions such as asking a friend to help you call.

We are working with very little information from you. You haven't told us what kind of frozen you are seeing, nor do we know in which country your reside, or if there is a solution for your not calling Apple whatsoever.

You say, " im [sic] not going to call apple whatsoever." Are you physically incapable of doing that, or is it simply your decision that you do not want to? If you do not want to and chat options are not available then go to an Apple Store. Support options are limited in some countries (and not available at all in others). This is the kind of thing you need to take into consideration when deciding services you may need of any kind for anything. I have purchased items in other countries, being fully aware that when I took them home I may not be able to get support for them. My decision. If I do not want to call a telephone number then again my decision. If I am unable to call a number then I try to find a compromise solution such as asking a friend to call for me.
